The Shining stars room celebrated World Book Day - everyone had great fun dressing up, having their faces painted and sharing their special books with their friends. Some of them we had heard of before, but some of them were new to us.
A very special visitor came to see all the children called 'Bapa'. He sat with the children and listened to 'Grandpas Garden' being read. All the children where eager to ask Bapa lots of questions about his garden and what vegetables he grew and what creepy crawlies he finds!
Bapa then helped the children with some planting! He had brought some magic beans for the children to plant! Everyone is looking forward to seeing their seeds grow.
What a great day we all had together!
